		<description>Just try and eat healthy....lots of fruit and vegetables and lay off the junk food like lollies, chocolate &amp; fried foods.  Everything in moderation.  Also, walking helps too.</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t start a diet, but you can eat healthier in general and walk some.  I&#039;m expecting my second, and have been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables and fewer junk food snacks.</description>

		<description>Yes, you cannot &#039;diet&#039; while pregnant. But my friend who had GD had quit sugar. I had no idea what all had sugar in it, poor thing. Anyway, she actually lost weight. If you are overweight then it is safe to lose some weight. I would suggest just exercising low impact, like exercise bike or walking, and snack on a lot of fruit and veggies to help keep that full feeling. They say to eat an apple before a meal because it will fill you up.</description>
