Say if your like 110 pounds.. and then suddenly.. your 60.. your don’t want to lose that much. If you want to lose weight.. i’d reccomend you do:
Sports, Skipping, Running.
Increase your daily intake of veggies and fruits – try to eat fruit for snacks instead of chips or cookies.
Drink water instead of soda.
Start every dinner off with salad or a vegetable.
Eat 5 mini meals a day, eating almost every 3 hours.
Try to do at least 30 mins of cardio a day even if it is just walking your dog.
You are right; it is bad to lose weight quickly because you usually gain back the weight or cause serious health problems. Aim to lose 1-3lbs a week at first.

me too! drink water! divide your weight by two and thats how much water yuo need to drink daily, 1 cup = 8 oz
