    just watch ure caloires..uhh never go under 1200, never go aboue 1600, especially without exercise..if u exercise u get to eat more:)

    A ketogenic diet could achieve this. However, without exercise, you will lose weight slower, and you could end up pretty weak physically by keeping yourself in a caloric deficit without exercise. Ketogenic diets are pretty hard, though. If you’re injured, it might be fine, but if you’re looking for an easy way out, that’s definetely not the direction to go.

    THE SIMPLEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT IS TO CUT THE PORTIONS OF FOOD YOU EAT DOWN. IF YOU ARE AN ADULT AND YOU EAT AN ADULT PORTION, THEN CUT IT DOWN TO A CHILDS PORTION. OTHERWISE CUT YOUR MEALS DOWN IN HALF. THIS WILL SHRINK YOUR STOMACH. THEN YOUR STOMACH CAN ONLY HOLD SO MUCH. IT DOESNT TAKE LONG AT ALL. IT WORKED FOR ME VERY WELL. ONCE YOU START EATTING CHILD-LIKE PORTIONS YOU DONT WANT ANY MORE…ALSO IF YOU ARE EATTING UNTIL YOU ARE SO FULL YOU ARE MISERABLE, THIS IS WHAT STRETCHED YOUR STOMACH OUT THAT MADE YOU GAIN THE WEIGHT.DONT EAT LIKE THAT ANYMORE…

    Here are steps you can do to lose weight healthy.

    Breakfast: whole grain cereals, toast (whole grain bread), fruit, multivitamins and minerals (great for overall health) and 2 glasses of water.

    coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks (protein helps you feel fuller), herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water. (if your a coffee drinker cut down to 2 a day).

    Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, sandwich made with whole grain bread stacked high with greens and your choice of lean meat. Grilled cheese is good too. Don’t forget fruit. 2 glasses of water. multivitamins and minerals.

    Exercise: Get out and be active, go for a brisk walk, bike ride, swim, skate, rollerblade, go outside and play, if your take the bus home get off a few stops earlier the important thing is to be ACTIVE and do more than you normally do.

    Important: Never skip a meal, snack more with healthier choices, drink plenty of water, take your multivitamins and minerals and exercise. And most important take care of yourself PLEASE.

    To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

    eat more fruit
    drink fresh juice
    get detoxification
    no junk food
    no milk
    no yogurt
    no soda
    drink natural water
    sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
    eat more salad
    good sleep

    the example eat menu :

    Breakfast

    Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

    Lunch

    Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 – 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.

    Dinner

    Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

    I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!
