High intensity with shorter durations or lower intensity with longer durations? I want the kind that gives the most health benefits. I am NOT on a weightloss program (so don’t pick one or the other for weight loss benefits, pick what’s best for the heart and body), but rather enjoy the energy i get from a healthy lifestyle.
