Run every morning. I run about 1.8 km in the morning.<br />
Drink a lot of water. I always drink a lot of water, I&#8217;ve always loved water so it&#8217;s not a problem. I drink about three of those aquafina 1 litre bottles in a weekend day and two in a week day.<br />
Eat small healthy meals throughout the day. I eat special K for breakfast and I don&#8217;t eat lunch or supper.<br />
Drink Green Tea- havent yet because I&#8217;m not a fan of tea&#8230; but if it works I might</p>
<p>when do you start to see any results, I figured with the running and the sit ups I would notice it right away.<br />
I am 140 and 5&#8242;5 and I was told that people who are extremely overweight like I am notice fast results at first but I ahven&#8217;t yet.</p>
<p>So what can I do? Is the eating small healthy meals and drinking green tea something I should do too? I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of July and so far I haven&#8217;t lost even a pound and my clothes still fit the same. I just<br />
noticed my stomach is tighter and my legs feel more muscly and I also feel more energized during the day<br />
and sometimes it feels like my stomach is still burning (in a good way, it feels kind of neat) during the day</p>

<p>plyometrics x 3<br />
Doc x 4 (deck of cards i learned from wrestling)<br />
wall sets x 3 (2 min)<br />
leg lifts x 5 (1 min)<br />
bunnies x 4 (1 min)<br />
1 arm push ups x 4 (2 push ups)<br />
pull ups x 3 (6 reps)<br />
decline push ups x 3 (10 reps)<br />
40 yard sprints x 5 ( 10 ; 40&#8217;s)<br />
football drills x 2<br />
jump rope x 4 (2 min)<br />
dirty dozen x 3<br />
log carry(uphill optional) x 3<br />
log push / punching power x 2</p>
<p>well the one im making now is:</p>
<p>                          Anaerobic<br />
running:</p>
<p>Dirty dozn is like say you 1 sit up then you start over and do 2 start over do 3 etc..all the way up to twelve.</p>
<p>Dirty Dozen Laps(40 yards on the sides 20 on width)</p>
<p>Dirty Dozen hills/sprints<br />
Dirty Dozen Frontier<br />
Ditry Dozen woods<br />
Dirty Dozen agility drills<br />
dirty dozen football skills<br />
Dirty dozen roads(my road goes uphill)<br />
dirty dozen wrestling drills<br />
dirty dozen guts<br />
dirty dozen 4-quarter<br />
dirty dozen square<br />
dirty dozen sprints.</p>
