I’ve been on an AWESOME fitness program for the past 11 weeks. I’ve been eating right and exercising according to the guidelines laid out by a fitness expert and the results have been AMAZING. My bodyfat percentages have dropped and I’ve gained quite a bit of muscle–I haven’t lost a ton of weight ‘pound-wise’ (since muscle is denser than fat), but I’m closer to seeing a 6-pack than I’ve EVER been… I’m just wondering, though, where does it all go? I’m sure some of it at first was water weight…but what about the rest? Anyone have any stats in terms of how the fat leaves the body? Ideally, someone would know ‘##% into energy, ##% through urine/sweat, ##% through solid waste…etc.” Any good info? (please provide sources…I can make up #s myself. *smile*) Thanks!

Just wondering. Trying to learn how to dance on my own by playing around with some different things, like watching videos and trying to copy them. If I do this long enough and I sweat and all that, will it work towards weight loss/building leg muscle..
I don’t get why it’s so funny -.- *dies*
