I need to start exercise program for this year… I’ve decided that I want to lose about ten pounds. I’m 16 years old, female, and I currently weigh around 120 pounds, also, I’m 5′2″. My goal is to have a great body by swim suit season (May or June). I want to lose flabbiness… and tone up a TINY bit… while losing weight. I don’t have the best eating habits… and I have some problems with my joints. I don’t want to be muscular though. What do you suggest? Any great websites? I plan on buying a gym pass, and I have a tredmill at home. My schedule isn’t too tight… I just need a few hours for homework every school day, and my fridays need to be open for boyfriend time :) This is really important for me to get in good shape! Help!
