I am currently about 50 lbs overweight so I really need something that I can do that will help me lose weight without over doing it (excercise induced asthma and other problems). I was thinking treadmill would be good and maybe doing it about 1 hr every day, would that make a difference on my body.  I am already working on my eating habits and cutting back on my carbs (PCOS sufferer).  Any advice would be great.<br/><br/></div>
