<p>EAT MORE FRUIT&#8230;.Fish is GOOD&#8230;Less pork..beef..etc..meat helps you loose weight..no JUNK FOOD..</p>

<p>So I&#8217;m really struggling to find some HEALTHY ways to lose weight (i.e, walks, cardio workouts, workouts for the abs, runs, certain foods that may help to lose weight, etc), if you could help me and list some that would be awesome!<br/><br/></div>
