I know it might be unhealthy but I now find my weight very depressing and i exercise about 2hrs a day 3-4days per week and see no results,im now thinking of eating 2 fruits for breakfast then exercise,drink water about 4.5liters then use sleeping pills to sleep the wholeday then eat a veggie and fruit for dinner,how much would i lose?plzz help
