Hi. Just wanting someone to look over my weightloss plan?

Breakfast – Slimfast shake and 1 piece of reduced calorie whole wheat bread w/ one tbl of peanut butter.

Lunch – one can of Select harvest light chicken soup with rice. and one turkey sandwhich which is one slice of reduced cal. wheat bread, mustard, lettuce, deli turkey, 2% cheese and some water.

Dinner – a select harvest soup and a chicken ceasar salad or a house salad and a 6 oz. ribeye with steamed mixed veggies.

Snacks – 2 a day: usually a 100 calorie pack of nutter cookies and one 90 calorie granola bar.

For excercise I go to the gym everyday but Sunday and do

30 mins on treadmill at 5% incline and 3.0 mph
20 mins on stationary bike
and the toning machine circuit my gym offers.

So what do you all think? Will I lose the 45 lbs by October? Should I be doing anything differently? Thanks everybody. Have a great weekend!!

also, 1/2 hour cardio/ab workouts on saturday and sunday, 15 min/200+ leg up ab workouts on mon, tue, and thurs, and any extra excercise i can work in
now, the meal plan:
breakfast: (i already eat this) 1/4 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup 2% milk with cinnamon and a medium banana~200 calories (7:45 am)
lunch: (11:45 am) a sandwhich of two slices of whole grain bread with avocado OR lettuce and turkey, also an apple/other fruit~400-500 calories
afternoon snack: (3 pm) an apple with 1tbs. peanut butter~200-ish calories or a cut banana with 1/2 a cup low fat plain yogurt~250 calories (or really anything healthy for 200-300 calories, but mostly fruit)
dinner: (6-8 pm) usually my dad will make whatever, but he always makes a salad or veggies for me. so if pasta, 1/2 cup pasta with 2 cups veggies (broccoli ususally) or a salad, small bowl of lettuce with cut tomatoes and avocado and kidney beans, and whatever meat we have. (ususally ckicken or no meat, im not a big meat eater.)~500 calories
so i also might subsitute some things, but definetly healthy things, and sometimes an ounce of mized nuts which i might subsitiute for the afternoon snack.
so total about 1300 calories, its an estimate, and yea
so do you think itll work? is there something else i should do or something im doing wrong? im also looking for extra ways to burn 500 a day, and ill try to do those…the ab workouts are pretty good, the muscles are already forming so im sure those might help, also drinking ice cold water to burn calories to heat it up.
so, how does it sound? ive searched all over the internet and books and everything, and this is what ive figured is healthyer than others.
