<p>Only thing is, it was so long ago I could be making this up, making some little program into this supertool. </p>
<p>But I hope not, it sounds useful at this time in my life.</p>
<p>Anyone have any idea/clue? Sorting through all the Google results for &#8220;diet tool&#8221; or &#8220;daily food calculator&#8221; seems daunting at the moment (have quite a bit to do tonight), so if anyone actually knows, that would save me time.</p>
<p>I just want an easy way to keep track of my protein and fiber intake and maybe see how I am with vitamins and minerals. I think the program was free to the public.</p>

Everyone is saying to get alot of protein, Alright how? I dont like to eat beef or pork, I only really eat grilled chicken or fish, are those good enough for protein? and how much protein do you think is needed?<br/><br/></div>

some have told me I will put on SO MUCH weight if I keep losing roughly 8 kilos a month (thats my aim)</p>
<p>Not sure how many calories I eat, but I mostly eat<br />
fruit, veggies, flatbread salad wraps, greentea and water<br />
and veggie soups.<br />
I eat very little portions&#8230;.</p>
<p>If I become 70 kilos by June&#8230;&#8230;..Is that a horrible weightloss? Will I put on weight? Will it affect me?<br />
When I get to 70, I want to upp the excercise&#8230;.and slowly get more variety in my diet. but for now eating what i mentioned is how I feel comfortable dieting&#8230;..<br/><br/></div>
