Online daily nurtient analysis for weightloss/diet needs?

Ok, this is a shot in the dark. I seem to remember a program online in which you could just enter what you ate (and how much) into it, and I think it gave a total of everything you ate in the day (X calories, X grams protein, X fiber….etc).
Only thing is, it was so long ago I could be making this up, making some little program into this supertool.
But I hope not, it sounds useful at this time in my life.
Anyone have any idea/clue? Sorting through all the Google results for “diet tool” or “daily food calculator” seems daunting at the moment (have quite a bit to do tonight), so if anyone actually knows, that would save me time.
I just want an easy way to keep track of my protein and fiber intake and maybe see how I am with vitamins and minerals. I think the program was free to the public.

Extreme QUICK weightloss Unhealthy or Not?

Im gained 20 pounds in less than a month, and now Im freaking out, I want to lose 20 pounds ASAP weither its healthy or not, Im looking into all the anorxia sites, I dont want to do belemia, thats just stupid, as is anorxia, but its not as horrible. I want tips on how to lose ALOT of weight and FAST. I’ve learned how to lose 2-3 pounds a day, but I cant afford the stuff to do that, So I need cheap and easy tips. PLZ help
Everyone is saying to get alot of protein, Alright how? I dont like to eat beef or pork, I only really eat grilled chicken or fish, are those good enough for protein? and how much protein do you think is needed?
Am I doing the wrong thing here? Is it possible?
I’m 17, female, 5′9, currently 84 kilos.
I want to be 70 by mid June…
I tend to lose weight really quickly…
When I first started dieting this febuaray, I lost 12 kilos in the first month….
I’m on a vegetarian diet and get my protein from veggies.
I’ve been critsized a bit…People say that I’m not eating enough
and it’s not a “good weightloss”
some have told me I will put on SO MUCH weight if I keep losing roughly 8 kilos a month (thats my aim)
Not sure how many calories I eat, but I mostly eat
fruit, veggies, flatbread salad wraps, greentea and water
and veggie soups.
I eat very little portions….
If I become 70 kilos by June……..Is that a horrible weightloss? Will I put on weight? Will it affect me?
When I get to 70, I want to upp the excercise….and slowly get more variety in my diet. but for now eating what i mentioned is how I feel comfortable dieting…..
