I just started a 20 minute Yoga Weightloss Program, can I see real results with this program working out daily

I just started these 20 minute Yoga workout tapes!! I love them I do them everyday…I’m really busy and this fits into my schedule perfectly…my question is can I really get results for working on for only twenty minutes a day? I even thought of maybe doing the segments twice a day…1 in the morning and 1 in the evening…..but I wasn’t sure if I needed to do the workout for 40 minutes all at once rather than breaking it up?…tell me what you think?
