Now I have tried everydiet.so please dont attach any southbeach diet crap! I did the atkin diet, which did work 2yr ago but for some reason not now!. So let me tell you what my day is like and I would be glad for a scheduled diet to fit in with my day. Up at 6am 15min walk with the dog then I would have black coffee and porriage. then I would walk my son to school then onto the train station to work, so all in all another 20min walk. I get no lunch break at work as Im part time, so I may get a 5min break for tea. back to pick my son up and get home around 4-430pm. I then cook dinner (all homemade cooking) then I do my house work/ironing ect&#8230;homework with the kids.then bath and bed around 10.30pm. I take a multi vit/minerals.  and 8glass water.!<br/><br/></div>
