<p>I&#8217;m about to start a weightloss program, so I think it would be interesting to see what people think before and after.</p>

Also, just so you know the &#8220;program&#8221; I&#8217;m talking about, is one I&#8217;m setting up myself. I know about 6 times more about weightloss than I probably need to know, so I&#8217;ll definately lose the weight. I&#8217;ve just had trouble applying it, because I&#8217;ve been too hard on myself. I go to the gym and walk my dog everyday. I&#8217;m going to figure out all my favourite foods and figure out a healthy way to eat them.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m really flattered by all your answers. I&#8217;m actually 202 pounds! My goal weight is 130 pounds. That still seems kinda heavy to me, but we&#8217;ll see.</p>
<p>And yes I will keep you guys updated if you want. Just let me know, and I&#8217;ll send you the results. Everyone loves a success story lol =)<br/><br/></div>

I will admit shes not huge but shes big and it was not always like that, when i was younger she was tiny but after my brother was born she just cant seem to lose the weight. and she spends so much money on these weight loss programs but nothing ever works and there always for people that eat to much junk and dont excercise. and thats not her she eats pretty healthy doesnt eat junk food except maybe on a super rare occasion drinks nothing but water all day long and is always on the go. and she tries to excersise but we live around alot of young people so she gets embarrased to work out around them and cant at night because she works. she does really try though but she cant lose the weight and i know it bothers her so bad just yesterday someone asked when she was due and ive never seen her look so upset. it kills me because i know i have put her through so much stress (not the best child as a teenager) and so has my little brother. my mom has been there with me through everything and i want to see her happy again. i always see these things on tv like the biggest loser ans stuff but she has a little boy she has to worry about she cant just leave like that, and all these shows that pay for weight loss surgeries and make overs and stuff but its never around for us and our insurance wont pay for it. my mom is so beautiful and does anything to make us happy and i want to do the same for her but i dont know how. please help!<br/><br/></div>

Now I have tried everydiet.so please dont attach any southbeach diet crap! I did the atkin diet, which did work 2yr ago but for some reason not now!. So let me tell you what my day is like and I would be glad for a scheduled diet to fit in with my day. Up at 6am 15min walk with the dog then I would have black coffee and porriage. then I would walk my son to school then onto the train station to work, so all in all another 20min walk. I get no lunch break at work as Im part time, so I may get a 5min break for tea. back to pick my son up and get home around 4-430pm. I then cook dinner (all homemade cooking) then I do my house work/ironing ect&#8230;homework with the kids.then bath and bed around 10.30pm. I take a multi vit/minerals.  and 8glass water.!<br/><br/></div>
