is weightloss hopless unless your a gym addict?
i tryed a diet and excercise but after weeks i cant see results so i salked and gave up. i dont know why i didnt loose weight as i ate verry little portions of fruit and veges plus 8 glasses of water a day then did alot of walking. i feel like a looser. i stuck with it for a good long time and did loose weight but at a rate where it was hardly nothing. please tell me any advice. i know it takes a long time to loose weight but as i said i worked out and ate right and yes i did check my mesurments more than the scales for results
Quick&(Long term) weightloss for a 17 year old male?

Hello, I am trying to, and have been for a while trying to loose weight. I am a 17 year old male, weighing 252Lb. and am 5Ft.” 11Inches. I became addicted to a video game and the weight just kept piling on. Now I am on my way to college and would like to try to get into a regimine to loose it, or atleast some of if before I head out. I do not belong to a GYM however I do own many exercise equipments. I would like to eventually reach about 160Lb. I’m sure that will take years but for now I would like to start doing somthing about this.
1. A Bowflex Extreme 2
2. Speed Bag
3. Gazelle
4. Heavy Bag
Now that I have explained my situation I will ask some questions.
How many calories should my intake be?
Would it be better for me to eat 6 small meals per day instead of 3?
At which time should the meals be eaten?
How often should I exercise on each of these machines?(Don’t hold back please.)
Are there any supplements I should be taking?
What foods should I eat?
Please include any other infromation that could benefit me. Thank You.
HELP I need to loose 80lbs to have a baby and look good for my grad reunion, i have 8 months is this possible?
I am 27 years old and weigh 220 pounds i am the mother of a beautful boy and would do anything do get the motivation or the information to loose weight. IF you know a good diet I would love to hear it. Just know drugs!!! lol
My highschool grad is this summer i have tried cutting down on food and sugar, but i am so lost and confused. I have also been trying to have another child but they say that i have PCOS and i need to loose weight and to be a healthy weight at least 80 pounds is this possible by summer?
Could i be beautiful again in that amount of time? If you have any information anything … motivation, meal plan excercise routine or know something that worked for you, have you been in this situation before or just tell me what weightloss secret you used i would love you forever. Don’t get me wrong i am beautiful, i would just like to feel it.
