what are some easy ways to lose weight without pills or any products you have to buy?

im 15 years old im like 5′3 5′4 and way around 150 pounds.school is getting ready to start and i want to look good. so i want to lose 10 to 20 pounds but, i don’t even know were to start. i do exercise when i go to volleyball practice but that doesn’t help me lose the weight on my tummy it only tones out my legs.
weightloss for the summer?
im in 7th grade and i weigh 117lbs, i dont care really about how many lbs i weigh, i just want to loose my leg/thigh, and stomach fat by the summer. if i started eating healthier and excercising more and trying harder in gym, would i get a flat stomach and skinnier legs? if not how long would it take if i sticked to the healthy eating and excercise?
Help starting up an excercise regimen. way out of shape and previous heart surgeries?
I am an 18 year old female. I just recently made the decison to start a new fresh healthy life style. i began dieting a little over a week ago and have dropped about 8-9 pounds. my current weight is 158. i need to add exercise to my weightloss program but i have two problems:
1. i have very little time. i am a full time college student and i work after school until 8 pm.
2. i am very out of shape. i havent had good exercise since i was maybe 10 years old due to a heart condition that made me get palpitations when i ran too hard. i got it repaired in 2003 at the age of 14 and i’ve gained a lot of weight since the surgery. i also have asthma.
when i run i feel like i dont get oxygen to my legs and i get weak feeling (i’m perfectly healthy now btw, just out of shape) and sometimes get a cold icy feeling in my chest.
i know i have to just push through the pain to build stamina but it seems like an impossible idea.
i dream of running miles.
my question?
how do i start something positive in my life.
i want to soar.

I got these tips from various places on the internet and have been doing them for a week:
Run every morning. I run about 1.8 km in the morning.
Drink a lot of water. I always drink a lot of water, I’ve always loved water so it’s not a problem. I drink about three of those aquafina 1 litre bottles in a weekend day and two in a week day.
Eat small healthy meals throughout the day. I eat special K for breakfast and I don’t eat lunch or supper.
Drink Green Tea- havent yet because I’m not a fan of tea… but if it works I might
when do you start to see any results, I figured with the running and the sit ups I would notice it right away.
I am 140 and 5′5 and I was told that people who are extremely overweight like I am notice fast results at first but I ahven’t yet.
So what can I do? Is the eating small healthy meals and drinking green tea something I should do too? I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of July and so far I haven’t lost even a pound and my clothes still fit the same. I just
noticed my stomach is tighter and my legs feel more muscly and I also feel more energized during the day
and sometimes it feels like my stomach is still burning (in a good way, it feels kind of neat) during the day
is this good?

besides running. im realy self-consious about them, and i wont wear shorts. whats a way to lose just a little weight off of them in a few weeks? i run in place (cuz its too hot to run outside and our tredmill is at my moms work) and i do squats…..is there anything else i can do? i want to lose it around the start of school. it starts on august 22, like a few weeks after school starts. i know its impossible to lose it before school starts…..but in a few weeks??? any suggestions?
