I plan to do exercise but I’m only 2 months away from finishing year 12 and I spend four hours a night on homework after school. When I finish I plan to do a lot more exercise since i want to weight 80kg (im currently 95kg). Also what r some ways to lose weight as in exercising?

alright well i am about 5′ 4″ and weigh 135 lbs i am not huge but just want to look slimmer
i know i need to excercise and eat healthy to do this i just need some help getting around scheduling conflicts and things like that like tricks to fit excercise in or small changes to make to eating
