<p>at 7 pm..i do DDR for an hour(dance dance revolution a.k.a dance mat)</p>
<p>I do this everyday..if you do this&#8230;you&#8217;ll see great result&#8230;dont have to buy pills and excercise tools&#8230;</p>
<p>EAT MORE FRUIT&#8230;.Fish is GOOD&#8230;Less pork..beef..etc..meat helps you loose weight..no JUNK FOOD..</p>
