weightloss has caused some medical problems, but i still wnat to lose around 5-10 lbs, what can i do?

Btw, I cannot go jogging because my neighbourhood just isn’t made for it, if you know what i mean..

can anyone help me to come up with a weightloss program to suite me?

I’m Fifteen and about 100 pounds overweight and wondering what the best weightloss program would be?
