i’m sixteen, 5′2 i weigh 148 pounds. i have a big butt and big hips.
while i was in school i would do crunche, situps, side leg ups, and what i call up and downs (standing and bending your knees almost as if your picking something up) every night.
but its the summer and i don’t do any of those things. i’ve been walking/jogging for half an hour almost everyday.
what are some other ways to lose weight before school starts?
