I then cook dinner (all homemade cooking) then I do my house work/ironing ect…homework with the kids.then bath and bed around 10.30pm. I take a multi vit/minerals. and 8glass water.!

Eating less to lose weight?

HAd been able to lose 8 pounds. Anyway, i had a fall while cycling and injured my leg and wont b able to do too much if any excercise in the next week or 2. Do you think i should reduce my calorific intake to 800 – 1000 per day and still be on a way to healthy weightloss? i will supplement this with mayb a little cardio. I want to be burning fat more than anything else, as i have enough muscle to go around with!
