I will admit shes not huge but shes big and it was not always like that, when i was younger she was tiny but after my brother was born she just cant seem to lose the weight. and she spends so much money on these weight loss programs but nothing ever works and there always for people that eat to much junk and dont excercise. and thats not her she eats pretty healthy doesnt eat junk food except maybe on a super rare occasion drinks nothing but water all day long and is always on the go. and she tries to excersise but we live around alot of young people so she gets embarrased to work out around them and cant at night because she works. she does really try though but she cant lose the weight and i know it bothers her so bad just yesterday someone asked when she was due and ive never seen her look so upset. it kills me because i know i have put her through so much stress (not the best child as a teenager) and so has my little brother. my mom has been there with me through everything and i want to see her happy again. i always see these things on tv like the biggest loser ans stuff but she has a little boy she has to worry about she cant just leave like that, and all these shows that pay for weight loss surgeries and make overs and stuff but its never around for us and our insurance wont pay for it. my mom is so beautiful and does anything to make us happy and i want to do the same for her but i dont know how. please help!

breakfast: (i already eat this) 1/4 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup 2% milk with cinnamon and a medium banana~200 calories (7:45 am)
lunch: (11:45 am) a sandwhich of two slices of whole grain bread with avocado OR lettuce and turkey, also an apple/other fruit~400-500 calories
afternoon snack: (3 pm) an apple with 1tbs. peanut butter~200-ish calories or a cut banana with 1/2 a cup low fat plain yogurt~250 calories (or really anything healthy for 200-300 calories, but mostly fruit)
dinner: (6-8 pm) usually my dad will make whatever, but he always makes a salad or veggies for me. so if pasta, 1/2 cup pasta with 2 cups veggies (broccoli ususally) or a salad, small bowl of lettuce with cut tomatoes and avocado and kidney beans, and whatever meat we have. (ususally ckicken or no meat, im not a big meat eater.)~500 calories
so i also might subsitute some things, but definetly healthy things, and sometimes an ounce of mized nuts which i might subsitiute for the afternoon snack.
so total about 1300 calories, its an estimate, and yea
so do you think itll work? is there something else i should do or something im doing wrong? im also looking for extra ways to burn 500 a day, and ill try to do those…the ab workouts are pretty good, the muscles are already forming so im sure those might help, also drinking ice cold water to burn calories to heat it up.
so, how does it sound? ive searched all over the internet and books and everything, and this is what ive figured is healthyer than others.

Not sure how many calories I eat, but I mostly eat

If I become 70 kilos by June……..Is that a horrible weightloss? Will I put on weight? Will it affect me?
When I get to 70, I want to upp the excercise….and slowly get more variety in my diet. but for now eating what i mentioned is how I feel comfortable dieting…..

All i want to know is how long can i do that excercise for a day and still lose wieght oh and i’m on a 1500 cal diet. Btw, I cannot go jogging because my neighbourhood just isn’t made for it, if you know what i mean..
