I want to lose flabbiness&#8230; and tone up a TINY bit&#8230; while losing weight. I don&#8217;t have the best eating habits&#8230; and I have some problems with my joints. I don&#8217;t want to be muscular though. What do you suggest? Any great websites? I plan on buying a gym pass, and I have a tredmill at home. My schedule isn&#8217;t too tight&#8230; I just need a few hours for homework every school day, and my fridays need to be open for boyfriend time <img src='http://www.Weightloss-Advice-Monthly.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  This is really important for me to get in good shape! I was thinking treadmill would be good and maybe doing it about 1 hr every day, would that make a difference on my body.  I am already working on my eating habits and cutting back on my carbs (PCOS sufferer).  Any advice would be great.<br/><br/></div>
