I have been exercising regularily (4 hours of kickboxing a week and 2 hours of weights a week) and changed my eating habits (fresh fruit & veg, Wholgrains) I have also cut out dairy and only really eat seafood as meat now.. and was slowly but steadily losing weight, (5 kilos / 11pounds) in 15 weeks.. but the last three weeks I have not shifted any weight I still have 5 kilo’s / 11 pounds to go and as it is taking forever to lose this weight I dont want to platue for long… what can I do to get over this platue, or anyone got any good but sensible weightloss tips that I can try to get some quicker results???

treadmill?
