Does L A Weightloss work?

so i was just watching tv earlier and they had all these people tell them and show them what they looked like before and after and how much weight they lost. I want to get a nice body for summer. I personally don’t think i have that body right now. I’m 5′5 116lbs and i excercise some everyday. I’m just looking to lose like 6-11 lbs. Would LA weightloss do the right trick, or do you think you know of a better diet plan? thanks in advance, oh and by the way my due date for this goal is june 31st! thanks!
