I am eating very healthy, fruit/ veg/ small portions etc etc and I am walking every morning 21/2 miles and doing a quick cardio workout 20 mins every other night! I was diagnosed during pregnancy- but it wasn&#8217;t gestational, they just happened to find it while I was pregnant.</p>
<p>Also, my blood sugar is in excellent control- just find it hard to make the time to go to &#8220;Weight Watchers&#8221; as my doctor suggested!<br/><br/></div>

I do step aerobics daily but I stopped for the last two weeks due to the fear of my health, anyway&#8230;.i usually did 60-80 min of step aerbics, and when i say step all i mean is STEPPING UP AND DOWN, i can&#8217;t do that hardcore stuff because i have weak feet since i was a toddler. All i want to know is how long can i do that excercise for a day and still lose wieght oh and i&#8217;m on a 1500 cal diet. Btw, I cannot go jogging because my neighbourhood just isn&#8217;t made for it, if you know what i mean..<br />

Then I just dropped to 137 over september-november. By the end of January I suggested to myself that it was time for a change, I knew summer was coming up and I was sick of being over weight..So I bought an aerobic step and I gradually worked my way down to 123 lbs (which i&#8217;m at now) oh and i&#8217;m on a 1300 cal diet, it&#8217;s my BMR so its what my body needs to survive not starve. I have a tiny frame, my measurements are 32-27-35. And now all I need to do is get down to 115&#8230; how long do you guys think it will take me this time? I kinda got lazy and took this week off. But i do atleast 60-80 mins or cardio everday..yea help?<br/><br/></div>
