Then I just dropped to 137 over september-november. By the end of January I suggested to myself that it was time for a change, I knew summer was coming up and I was sick of being over weight..So I bought an aerobic step and I gradually worked my way down to 123 lbs (which i&#8217;m at now) oh and i&#8217;m on a 1300 cal diet, it&#8217;s my BMR so its what my body needs to survive not starve. I have a tiny frame, my measurements are 32-27-35. And now all I need to do is get down to 115&#8230; how long do you guys think it will take me this time? I kinda got lazy and took this week off. But i do atleast 60-80 mins or cardio everday..yea help?<br/><br/></div>
