Is there any way i can lose weight at NIGHT because i just dont have time in the mornings and afternoons because of school and other things. P.E. is the only time i get exercise in the morning. Okay, so, let’s get one thing straight i did ALL this the H-E-A-L-T-H-Y way, but I’m beginning to get lazy this week, and it feels wrong so…i need some motivation. Anyway June 2007 I was 152 lbs and 5′3…I didn’t consider myself overweight at all..instead…just chubby, then over the summer i went down to 145 by eating less and being more active but without excercise. I have a tiny frame, my measurements are 32-27-35. And now all I need to do is get down to 115… how long do you guys think it will take me this time? I kinda got lazy and took this week off. But i do atleast 60-80 mins or cardio everday..yea help?
