My freshmen year of college i went from 128-146. I would get discouraged and binge eat outta frustration towards my weight (not a very smart plan now looking back). I have been back 5 days now and i do an hour of cardio everyday and eat three HEALTHY meals and a snack which equals around 1200-1500 calories, and do not overeat anymore. I have already lost 8 pounds tho…is that okay, b/c i am doing everything the correct way…but everyone makes a big deal about quick weightloss?!?!

Ok, this is a shot in the dark. I seem to remember a program online in which you could just enter what you ate (and how much) into it, and I think it gave a total of everything you ate in the day (X calories, X grams protein, X fiber….etc).
Only thing is, it was so long ago I could be making this up, making some little program into this supertool.
But I hope not, it sounds useful at this time in my life.
Anyone have any idea/clue? Sorting through all the Google results for “diet tool” or “daily food calculator” seems daunting at the moment (have quite a bit to do tonight), so if anyone actually knows, that would save me time.
I just want an easy way to keep track of my protein and fiber intake and maybe see how I am with vitamins and minerals. I think the program was free to the public.
Thank you in advance.
Ok question for the natural/healthy food eaters and excercise people?
OK i just want to start out by saying that i am one of you! i Work out 6 days a week, lift weights, cardio, run ect. ect. I eat really healthy, leans meats, whey, non-fat yogurt, fish, shrimp, canned veggies, canned fruit(college student…fresh is too expensive), oatmeal… i pretty much stay away from packaged foods (except the canned but i always get organic or low-sodium/light syrup)
my question is i tend to cheat alot, i go a week eating really healthy and excercising them sometimes i just pig out. I need a stopper and i love ice cream, especially the ben and jerrys, so here is my question, if i eat really healthy around 1500 calories a day, excercise and eat a whole container of ben and jerrys on once a week (on average about 1000 calories a container) will this be harmful to weightloss, and when i get my system flushed out will it just make it crappy again?
I need to add, i have muscles and can almost see a 6-pack, but i have a little flab around the belly, thighs and buttox, and i need(well dont need but want to) to lose the fat in 2 months for springbreak, ive been working out about 2 hours a-day, running around 3 miles. will i still lose weight if i eat one thing of ben and jerrys once a week.
weightloss workout?
okay guys. im going to tell you my excercise today.
i did 60 min on the treadmill with an incline of 6. with a speed of 3.5 to 3.8 at the last 20 min.
500 calories burned supopsedly.. i weigh 144. i went 3.5 miles.
if i do this for the next 30 days do you think ill loose about 20 lbs? along with following my ww plan. i eat really healthy. responses really appreciated. and if you have any tips at ALL. i would LOVE that. any low pointed foods. and if any of you are on ww and wanna chat on aim id love to =) we can share our tips and stuff. well thanks guys.
I am aiming to lose 30 lbs by june first and need help?
Does anyone know of fat burning foods or beverages that can help yo encourage weightloss along with excercise and counted calories?
On a Reduced Caloried diet, can Protein Powder help me lose weight?
There has been a lot of raving about Protein Diets. So I invented a theory that if I simply added additional Protein Powder to my diet, (specifically brown rice protein powder), that this should aide in my weightloss. My 2nd theory to counteract any downfalls of my 1st theory is that if it didn’t quite aide in weightloss, at least I’d be more toned since I have reduced my calorie intake…..As I just wrote that, it sounded kinda…..silly. ;c. But I do need help you guys.
The bottom line is this: With a reduced calorie diet, can Protein Powder aide in weightloss??(since I’m not working out) ;c….Can I still get results without the excercise. Or does the Protein Powder just contradict my reduction of calories since I’m not working out??
Thank you so much.
