This was just to kick start my weight loss and I lost 4-5 pounds. I am aware that my metabolism will  slow down. I dont know whether I should keep eating 800 calories a day or increase it. If I increase my calorie intake to a healthier but still fast weightloss rate, how can I do so without gaining weight and ensuring I can still lose weight easily on a higher number of calories?<br />
Any advice would be great thanks. I must mention that I am very busy and sit down all day and at this moment in time I can&#8217;t fit exercise into my lifestyle. Thanks<br/><br/></div>
