<p>but i am aiming at going down to a 24 inch wasit and 31 inch hips keep in mind this is ALL ideal for me seeing as i am tiny.<br />
but is it possible with my plan?</p>
<p>oh and will it be possible to continue eating healthy and upping my calories to 1800-2000 and excercise 3-4 times a week and NOT gain any weigt back?<br/><br/></div>
