If you have started working out most people stop eating a lot of food. That’s not really necessary because this only causes you to be very hungry and over eat. If you’re looking to lose weight or just to build muscle the healthiest and wisest choice is to eat healthy and stick with fruits and vegetables. I would drink a lot of water to keep you running so that you can sweat more which cools you off when your exercising. If you want to have a sweet treat the sweetest I would go is to eat something like fruit or red mango and pinkberry are frozen yogurt stores for a minimal amount of calories with fruit toppings. It’s really good if you like frozen yogurt. Continue to work out and remember to drink tons of water, fruit, and vegetables. If you keep your diet on this it will get used to it and you will not be hungry for more. The reason for your hunger is that you’re body is used to eating more, but it’ll return to your new diet after a few days!
Fruits and veggies of course.
Corn have all the amino acids essential to build muscle (if you want lean muscle don’t pack to much meat) Lentinels (various beans) also have a great amount of protein and amino acids. Spinach and broccoli boost metabolism.
Citrus fruits boost metabolism as well which increases weight loss, grape fruits are the best for this. Eat various fish and poultrys (chicken, turkey etc) Best meal is always breakfast eat whole grain foods to help with hunger and they also are digested slow which means u have energy constantly being given to you which says you arent starving thus metabolism increases even more! Good luck.
Protein to replace what your muscles used. I like dairy protein myself or Whey protein with a balanced mix of “good” carbs and healthy fats.
