    Whoa, your just like me! im in 7nth grade to, i want to look AWESOME for 8th grade, but i weigh like 170 : / my sisters dieting and complains shes still to big, makes me mad! she already lost alo,t i know some people who do weight watchers, they lose maybe 12 pounds in two months? but i want to lose alot FAST!

    Mama says the only thing you need to do to look better is to love your mama. You can eat fried chicken, corn bread, mayonnaise, watermelon, peach cobbler, and even grape drink and look great if you love your mama too. Mmm-hmm girl. And you’re probably fine looking yourself, you just a been looking at too mnay pictures of Dolly Parton and whatnot. Mama says we only want what we don’t have.

    but thats so weird you”re just like me…i wanna look amazing for 8th grade and maybe from 117-110
    BUT ANYWAYS—
    look up “ab exercises” or “flat stomach” on youtube and do what they tell youu. dont do only crunches and no cardio because if you dont loose the fat over your big ab muscles, you’ll only look bigger.
    also, replace chocolate and junk food with fruits and vegtables. its hard at school…trust me, but my school has tiny salads and yogurt parfaits.but if your school doesnt…pack your own lunch!!!

    if you really commit to this—
    cardio(running)- monday, wednsday, fridays
    crunches and weight training- tuesdays, thursday saturdays.
    rest sundays
    EAT HEALTHY!!!!!

    maybe….4-5 weeks…
