It can be as simple as adding another aerobic activity a few times a day. get out and run for ten minutes in the morning and then in the afternnoon. Your metabolism will stay up and burn off those extra pounds.
I have one bit of advice for you: fast weight loss is never permanent. Sure, faster is better, because you get what you want sooner, but as far as weight loss goes, it is literally impossible to crash diet and exercise like crazy and keep the weight off. In most cases, people who do that gain back more weight eventually than they had on them to begin with. I should know – I lost over 30 lbs in like a month and a half by running six miles every day and consuming no more than 500 calories each day. Some days I only drank Diet Pepsi to keep me full – no food at all. Sure, I looked H-O-T (some said anorexic, but whatever), but I was only able to keep my weight down that low for about six months, and then no matter how hard I tried, I just kept gaining weight. After all was said and done, I wound up 20 lbs heavier than I was before the crash dieting. I learned my lesson the hard way, so in order to lose it this time around, I am taking it nice and slow. In the past three months, I have only lost 14 lbs, but I know for a fact that I can maintain this diet and exercise regimen for the rest of my life. Eventually, I will get back down to my goal weight, and I will stay there for years and years to come. I hope you decide to do the same. P.S. – A good (healthy) regimen for me consists of eating mainly lean meat with vegetables. I have to make sure I get plenty of protein, or I will cave in to sugary snacks (whoever invented sour gummies was so evil!). 800-1000 calories a day is enough if you don’t exercise too much. About 1-3 miles a day is best. Lifting light weights (no more than 4 lbs for a female) builds muscle mass that will eat your fat. The most important thing, though, is to never exclude any foods from your diet. If you love something, eat just a bite of it every now and then so you don’t feel deprived. Just remember, healthy weight loss is always best, so try to keep it as healthy as possible.
I suppose this is indeed an unhealthy way – escaping meals. Here’s an empirical way. Work out in a warm area. Prepare a jug of water or something else that is liquid as long as it has NO SUGAR or anything else. Most counselling is water only. Drink water as rest every after you get very tired working out.
