Go to Wal-mart or any drug store. Look for “green tea” pills. They actually burn your fat off without sacrifricing your stamina. In fact, the caffiene in it GIVES me more energy.
You don’t need pills – you need a well-balanced diet.
6-11 servings of high-fiber grains (carbs)
2-3 servings of lean meat (3 oz)
2-3 servings of low-fat dairy
4-5 servings of fruit (1/2 cup of fresh)
4-5 servings of veggies (1/2 cup)
You can do this for around 1300 – 1500 calories a day. Eating the right foods, and getting enough carbohydrates, you can feel like you have more energy – more energy can come with exercise too, though. Getting at least 30 minutes 3 times a week will really boost your energy levels. Cardio is great for weight loss, but it works best in combination with basic strength training.
This is what you should be doing for the rest of your life. If you concentrate on changing your habits, then you can expect long-term results. Added the link to the diet and exercise site that I use (free after registration):
