    A person like you would loose about 2-3 pounds a week. Trust me, people will start noticing after the first month.

    It will take you around 7-11 moths to become 120. I think you can do it! If i were you, I would limit your calories around 1100-1300 a day. it might seem tough near the beginning, but you won’t crave the bad things for you, and it will become really easy.

    Well first of all, do NOT try to lose 100 lb… that’s waaaay too much. You would be underweight at nearly 5′11 and 120. Try for 140-150, which is in the low-normal to mid-normal BMI range.

    The healthy way to lose weight is 1-2 lb a week, though you’ll likely lose more in the first week because of water weight (can be as much as 5-10 lb). I don’t think 180 is really a healthy goal by the start of June; maybe by August. Realize that it did NOT take you a few months to put the weight on, and it will not take you a few months to take it all off. You will see results right away, but do not eat less than 1200 cal a day as a minimum, or your metabolism will nosedive, you will lose muscle instead of fat, and you’ll gain all the weight back when you resume eating normally.

    weight loss is never impossible. it only takes hard work. if you want slim legs then you have to start jogging and do lots of cardio. if u want a flat belly. u should use the holahoop for about 10 mins a day. and just continue eating the right food n never skip a meal.

    I dropped 40 pounds in a matter of three months. My trick was to start out with 1000 calories a day and once i got closer to my goal, I would put more and more calories, now I have about 1200 because I have a sucky metabloism. Anyway, every weekend, I would take one day and eat a light dinner and nothing else and drink alot od zero calorie liquids, you peee alot but it’s because it flushes the fat through your system. With that I lost four lbs in a day! You can cheat every once in a while once you start to lose ALOT of weight
    It may take you…eight or nine months? trust me it’s healthy and natural though. You won’t regret all the time. Good luck hun!

    It take 3 months to get into shape and only 3 days to get out of shape. (roughly)
    so….. keep up with the exsersise. get a gym membership and have some friends do it with u!

    Keep at your diet and exercise routine, and be serious about it. Whoever said it’s healthy to lose about 2-3 pounds a week nailed it.

    So while you’re being serious, exercising, eating healthy, etc, you should drop to around 160-180 pounds, and if you keep with it, you’ll probably start gaining a bit of weight again.

    If you get this far and this happens, don’t panick. It’ll be muscle mass that you’re gaining at this point. This is a good thing, because contrary to popular belief, muscular bodies on females will look good as well.
