It could be water loss (or less weight in the digestive system due to eating a lot less) rather than fat loss but it’s hard to tell, it depends on how many calories you consumed in that time versus how many you used up.
that is two weeks weight loss my friend.
weight loss is not linear, it works on a curve. you will start out losing 1/4 pound here, 1/2 pound there. but eventually you will start seeing great results.
the trick is getting your body you realize it has alot of stored energy in fat and tricking it into using it up by working out! you do this by doing EXACTLY what you are doing.
just stay on the wagon!
Firstly, cutting out junk food will really pay off. Junk food is just what it says – JUNK. With one added ingredient in – FAT.
You have to remember though, you will only lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume. To lose a pound, you have to burn, through exercise or life functions, about 3,500 calories. So you will need to combine exercise along with a healthy diet.
Unfortunately, there is no magic formula, when it comes to weight loss. It can take a while, depending on how much weight you have to lose. But by persevering, and being patient. Results will eventually show.
Set yourself a goal and stick to it. It is not impossible to achieve it. I know, I manged to lose 48lbs 16 months ago.
The real hard part is keeping the weight off.
Good luck.
