		<description>Good goal for yourself. It&#039;s good that more ppl are getting healthy. My answer is YES!!! Oh yea, and try nawt to gain back weight by: -keep doing what made you lose weight ( but not as extreme)
-dont eat @ night

		<description>just remmeber the key is to exercise =) do 30 situps and pushups everyday and stick to veggies as much as you can. also water helps you lose weight =)</description>
