    Sounds good. As long as you’re eating fruits and veggies included in your 1500 cals.

    the exercise sounds good. you should be able to maintain it if you stick to healthy eating. But I’d stay at 1800 not 2000

    just remmeber the key is to exercise =) do 30 situps and pushups everyday and stick to veggies as much as you can. also water helps you lose weight =)

    Good goal for yourself. It’s good that more ppl are getting healthy. My answer is YES!!! Oh yea, and try nawt to gain back weight by: -keep doing what made you lose weight ( but not as extreme)
    -dont eat @ night
    and sat to yourself “is it really worth it?” [ the food ]
