    It wont be a significant enough to lose weight unless your burning like 500 calories or so. You definately do burn off those calories though. So there probably will be some result, just not huge. Thats also if you eat healthy as well

    Yes, dancing is a great way to get your daily exercise in. Anything that gets your heart rate pumping and muscles working will do. If you’re working on losing weight, I would also suggest making sure you have a healthy diet as well – very important! Good luck, and have fun!!! =0)
