though best not to rush it, do lots of exercise and just eat normal , then the weight will stay off.. if you starve your body, the kilos will just pile back on once you stop

Edit: If you want to keep it off then eat 6 meals a day as it will increase you’re metabolism. If you dont want to consume any more calories then you already do then just divide what you already eat into 6 meals.

you should try a cleansing diet…then you should workout alittle more and eat six small means a day.
i guess it’s possible but it’s crash dieting. NOT good.
