Yes, a change can dramatically shock your body. It will pass shortly, but it is very common. When i started dieting, and exersizing, I got headaches, and was really moody for about 2 weeks. Then I felt better than ever.
That’s a good question. When I went on my diet-and-exercise kick, I went through sugar and simple-carb withdrawal (really!) for about 4 days. I felt like total sh+t because although I didn’t eat massive amounts of sugar my body was craving those simple carbs. So it depends…have you cut out certain addictive foods like wheat or sugar or dairy? are you overexercising? Play it by ear and wait a few days. If you feel worse and worse, go to the doctor. But keep in mind that you could be adjusting, in which case you’ll feel worse tomorrow then start feeling better.
Yup, this is normal but not to the point that you feel it’s TOO much for you! This means your body is adapting to the changes since your not that active or doesn’t have a healthier lifestyle. Hope to be on your sexiest and healthier you!
Yes that is normal. Each body responds differently to changes of diet. It can affect you mood, hormone levels, and of course….stomach situations. Usually dieticians recommend easing into a diet and workout routine….but like you – I jumped in the cold pool. It will wear off in a matter of days and you will be getting fitter than a fiddle. Good Luck and Feel Better!!

It is not unheard of. this generally occurs in people who have not had any form of regular excercise and suddenly start working their butts off.
Try less intense workouts until you build up your stamina.
