    Stop eating so much, exercise, and have Veggies and fruit, cut out sugar and don’t eat after 7.00pm. You will loose weight and feel better. However, you have to focus, don’t cheat and DO IT !

    U shud eat about 15000 calories a day. But only if u do an hour of exercise a day. 20 minutes on a treadmill runnin at performance level RELE helps to get u slimed n toned. Its actually hard work, but u’ll deffinatly get fast results. Even if u dont loose 15 lbs by then, u’ll deffinatly of lost alot of fat but may have gained sum lean muscle, so dont stress it too much if u cant loose 15 lbs. GOOD LUCK! U CAN DO IT!!

    ok, try this: monday-excersise tuesday-rest wednesday-excersise thursday-rest friday-excersise saturday-rest sunday-rest.

    usually 3x a week is good. heres wat u have to do: crunches, pushups, weights, and stairs. start with 10 reps. everyday for the first week. then step up to 15 reps. the next week and so on. also try to eat healthier foods for snacks, as well as in meals. no more ho-hos and ding-dongs. make sure u have meat, veggies, fruits, grains, and dairy everyday (unless ur lactose intolerant :D ). also, no food after 8 p.m. another thing is that diet and excercise plans often fail because your will burns out. this is usually caused by not knowing wat u want. make a goal chart; where u want to be in a month, where u want to be in 6 months, ect. also, dont just do it for the wedding and then afterwards just go back to before. u need to stick to it!! and watever u do, no matter how discouraged you get, DONT GIVE UP!!! keep trying until u get it right. hope this helps :D

    since you are a vegan there isnt much risk of saturated fats, so just make sure your drinking lots of water
    run 1-3 miles every other day dpending on ability
    on the days you dont run do strenght training pushups, crunches etc. start off small but as you get better at your exercise make it harder ie, if 1 mile is easy run 2,
    adding intensity to your workout is the key to a gfood workout that will get you in great shape by october!
