Hate to tell you, but this is just another old dinosaur of a fad diet that has come back to life! It won’t do anything for you, except perhaps make you pee more so you’d lose a tiny amount of water weight.

Discounting any possible medical condition, stick to eating right and exercising; maybe add some strength training. Muscle weighs more, but burn more calories!

Do some research and skip sites trying to sell you the product. I’ve always heard ACV was a gimmick, and I found this for you “There is absolutely no scientific evidence showing that apple cider vinegar can aid in weight loss or that it contains any magic ingredients that help you to shed pounds.”

Eat right and exercise is the key…there does seem to be some truth related to grapefruit/grapefruit juice assisting in weight loss. You might want to check that out instead of the ACV.

“The grapefruit diet is not a myth. That’s what a new study by the Nutrition and Metabolic Research Center at Scripps Clinic confirmed. Researchers there found that the simple act of adding grapefruit and grapefruit juice to one’s diet can result in weight loss.”

It might give you some results, but I’ve seen nothing reliable to suggest that it’s any more effective than any other low-calorie way to cut down on hunger pangs between meals. Remember, losing weight slowly is a good thing; it means you’re more likely to keep it off in the long term.
