    I too am eating healthier and moving more and the weight is melting away. But we must remember that a healthy range for weight lost is 1 to 2 pounds a week. I would love to lose more but the healthy way I have found is steady as you go.

    Now as far as giving up. Please don’t do that. Your goal is so in reach. Sometimes we sabotage ourselves when we are so close and revert back to old habits and gain all the weight back and more. You deserve to be at a healthy weight. Also, try not look at what the scale say so much and measure yourself with a tape measure. Keep a log as to how much you arms, thighs, waist, and hips are. Better yet how you clothes feel? I have also found that you can weigh more or less depending on medications, your monthly cycle, and certain foods you may eat, all these things can make a difference on the scale.

    As a person losing weight myself, I know how you feel. But continue, don’t try to be perfect, just keep going and you will eventually cross the goal line.
