pretty good beginner plan. if you stick to it your probably looking at around 10lbs. ill let u know that the key to losing weight through working out is to have high intensity, get your heart pumping and keep it pumping to burn more calories. Ide say if your going to stick with just swimming, you might want to do a sprint to one end and just swim regular back, sprint again, regular back. you’ll burn tons of calories this way. after the 2 weeks ide look into starting weight training. but yeah, bout 10lbs. you have to remember that this is your first time dieting and it will take some time to start seeing good results. the 1st 2 weeks are when your body goes into shock from this new lifestyle so if your only doing it for 2 weeks, your going to be just starting, and to stop there would be a shame.

    Maybe 10 pounds.

But that is ony because it’s the first two weeks. You will lose a lot of water weight.

In the long term, you can expect to lose 1-3 lbs per week. Trying to lose more then that is unhealthy, and usually means muscle loss instead of fat loss.

Encourporating weightlifting into your routine will help you alot in the long term. Muscle burns lots of calories. You don’t have to be a meathead to get benifits from the gym.
