    Sounds good to me. Make your snacks become something more healthier like fruit.

    I lost 80 lbs by counting calories and no crazy work out routine. I would suggest software like FITDAY that allows you to input the foods you eat and the calories you ingest. By doing this you will see how your calories balance and if you have a craving for a hershey bar you can see what you need to do so that you don’t exceed your max. In reality cutting by October you would need to burn or not ingest almost 1000 calories per day beyond what your body’s metabolism burns..
