Well the hardest part is making the commitment. I suggest buying an egg timer…that’s right an egg timer. Set the timer for 10-15 minutes…for those minutes make sure you are in continous motion, whether you are walking outside, in the mall, around the school, or cleaning house. Try doing that 2-4 times a day…even if you do 2 sets of 15 minutes…that is still 30 minutes of cardio activity. It does work and when you find the time try for the full 30 minute workout.
